Birdies for Charity
Birdies For Charity® is a fundraising program of the Houston Open. The program is designed to give participating charities & schools the opportunity to generate contributions through one-time flat rate donations. The Houston Open administers the program, invoices all donors, and turns over 100% of all funds collected to each designated organization.

What Your Donation Gets You:

1. Guess the Birdies Contest - With your donation, you can guess the number of birdies that will be made by PGA Tour Pros during the Houston Open. One grand prize will be given to the person who guesses the correct number. In case of ties, winners will be randomly selected.
2. One lucky supporter of the Houston Open Birdies for Charity program will win an Astros Suite Night at Minute Maid Park.

Donors who contribute $1,000 or more will be entered into the Legends Club Drawing

Details of Bonus Bucks:

The $100,000 bonus program, provided by Birdies for Charity partner THINK Neurology for Kids, awards the top 15 organizations that collect the highest total donations and four randomly drawn organizations has the opportunity to receive an additional funding, up to $25,000.
Details of Astros Suite Night:
Suite night date will be determined by the Astros organization and sent to the winner once determined. Suite night will take place in 2023 season. Individuals are entered into the contest when they donate to one of the local charities registered for the Houston Open Birdies for Charity program. Donors can make a one-time flat rate donation. After the tournament, the donor will be mailed a notice of the pledge amount due.

Last day to enter the drawing will be Friday, October 21, 2022. Donors will be notified Monday, October 24th.

Official BFC Campaign
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 5
5PM deadline on this date for the top six donation-collecting charities & two charities drawn at random. Each charity will have an opportunity to host one day in the BFC booths, Thursday - Sunday at the Texas Children’s Houston Open. Individual charities cannot qualify for more than one day per Tournament year. The day will be assigned by the AGF Staff
MARCH 25 – MARCH 31
Texas Children’s Houston Open, Memorial Park Golf Course
Donations must be recorded in Trust Event no later than March 31, by noon.

Guesses for the Grand Prize will end Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 8PM.
