Meet Our Keynote Presenter

We are honored to welcome Dr. Joshua Sparrow, Executive Director of The Brazelton Touchpoints Center, as our keynote speaker. A child, adolescent, and general psychiatrist, Dr. Sparrow brings decades of experience in understanding how relationships shape healthy development and resilience. His keynote will illuminate how children develop through relationships, and how those relationships can only thrive when caregivers themselves are supported in addressing trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout.

Drawing on his work in community self-strengthening and his partnership with Indigenous leaders through the Indigenous Early Learning Collaborative, Dr. Sparrow will delve into themes of mutual regulation, survivance, and healing—offering both inspiration and practical guidance for professionals working to promote infant mental health in their communities.
