In our goal to continue moving our work forward, First3Years board of directors, staff, and stakeholders have contributed to concerted efforts to update our strategic plan.  Months of analyzing, planning, interviewing, and refining have come together in our 2024-2027 Strategic Plan.  This plan incorporates our refined mission and vision statements that focus on our niche area of expertise, Infant Mental Health and Early Relational Health, that sets us apart from other early childhood and mental health non-profits.  In this updated plan, we’ve identified the core values that are the foundation of our work, our how and our why, along with our strategic pillars that we will work to support through all facets of the organization.  We encourage you to engage with our new strategic plan to learn more about what the future holds for First3Years.
