The Board of Directors of First3Years is a committed group of leaders who champion our mission to strengthen the early relational and mental health of infants and toddlers across Texas. Representing diverse sectors and communities, board members provide strategic guidance, deepen statewide partnerships, and help ensure the long-term sustainability of our work.

As First3Years continues to grow, we are seeking board members with experience in fundraising, development, partnerships, and relationship-building who are excited to help expand our impact and advance our mission statewide.
