Our Board of Directors is a committed group of leaders who champion the mission of First3Years: strengthening the early relational and mental health of infants and toddlers across Texas. Representing diverse sectors and communities, our board members provide strategic guidance, deepen statewide partnerships, and help ensure the long-term sustainability of our work.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking board members who bring experience in fundraising, development, and relationship-building to help expand our impact and advance our mission.
