Endorsement Renewal
Renewal Requirements
To remain on the Endorsement Registry and maintain usage of the IMH-E® designation, endorsees must submit their Endorsement renewal every year by December 31st. The requirements for renewal are:

Have an active First3Years membership

Read and sign Code of Ethics in EASy

Complete and document a minimum of 15 hours per year of relationship-based education and training pertaining to the promotion of social-emotional development and/or practice of infant mental health

1 hour must be on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Infant Mental Health (DEI in IMH)​

If you are providing Reflective Supervision/ Consultation (RS/C) you must complete and document 3 hours of training on the provision of RS/C

Participate and document 12 hours of qualified Reflective Supervision/ Consultation (RS/C). This is only required for Infant Family Specialist, Infant Mental Health Specialist, and Infant Mental Health Mentor - Clinical. If you are in need of a Reflective Supervisor, please email Jyrah Knight at jknight@first3yearstx.org.
Renewal Steps
First3Years accepts all annual Endorsement® renewals online via the Endorsement Application System (EASy). EASy is a confidential, web-based system where all components of the Endorsement process are completed.
The renewal period opens on October 1st and closes on December 31st of every year. Endorsed individuals who do not submit their renewal by December 31st will be removed from the Endorsement registry.
Access the EASy system HERE. The First3Years Endorsement Coordinator will email out detailed steps for renewal on September 30th.

Your First3Years membership renewal date might be on a different schedule then Endorsement renewal. Email endorsement@first3yearstx.org if you have questions about this.
